Traveling
is opium for us, it’s our personal drug of choice. Once you get the chance to visit some
great places, you get addicted and want to see more! Last week’s topic was
about our bucket lists and we thought, it would be a great chance to tell you
more about our secret dreams and show you some places, we want to visit in the
future.
Angkor Wat
is the largest religious temple complex in the world and also one of the oldest.
It was built in the 12th (!) century. Since I was a little girl, I
wanted to see that famous place, but sadly I never got the chance. I am happy
to say, that this year in summer I probably get the chance to visit Angkor Wat.
Machu Picchu, Peru
Well, maybe I have a thing for places with a lot of history… Machu Picchu, the legendary ruins surrounded by beautiful mountains. Who can resist that great place? Peru has always been an interesting and fascinating country for me and one day, I hopefully get the opportunity to see this marvellous site.

Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
Since I first saw a picture, I've wanted to see this truly beautiful city. For me it offers the perfect mixture of urban down-town life, green areas like the gardim botanico and of course that South-American flair. I dream about walking on the Ipanema Beach with my toes in the Atlantic and witnessing the breath-taking Brazilian sunset. Furthermore, I would love to do a helicopter ride and see Rio de Janeiro from above.
Vietnam
I would love to do a trip through Vietnam and simply experience the culture. What really attracts me to this gorgeous country is its food. It’s no secret that I’m an amid food-enthusiast and the Vietnamese cuisine is supposed to be one of the world’s best. So I think it’s faith…

the Maldives
I have to say, the live-long dream to visit this country is very much inspired by my dad. When he was at university, he spent 3 weeks there camping. When I was a little girl, he would tell me all about the crazy adventures he had experienced and share funny anekdotes with me. I described these islands so vividly that I simply have to explore them myself. I would love to go snorkelling, see the beautiful fish and the huge coral reef. I day-dream about falling asleep in a hammock under a palm tree's shadow and enjoying complete tranquility on the beach.
See you next Sunday! - Alex and Juno
